Customized knee - special joint replacement

Unique technology allows us to design and manufacture a set of cutting blocks based on the patient's own anatomy.
Using an MRI of the patient's knee, along with a complete X-ray of the lower extremity, two cutting blocks are designed and fabricated to perform an arthroplasty (replacement) of the patient's knee joint.
This custom fitting allows the orthopaedic surgeon to make absolutely precise bone cuts in the ideal rotation and inclination required for optimal placement of the knee implant.
Klinika Dr. Pírka offers this technology using a method that has the necessary approvals and European certifications.
